Welcome to BrandMe Out! By subscribing to our design services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Overview of Services

BrandMe Out! offers monthly design subscriptions at $1,299/month. Services include (but are not limited to):

• Website and landing page design
• Notion workflows/templates
• Application UX/UI
• Stripe/payment integration
• Figma to Webflow or Framer implementation

All services are delivered digitally, and your subscription allows you to submit requests through our client dashboard.

2. Onboarding & Requests

Before your subscription starts, you’ll complete a required onboarding form and book an introductory call. Your responses help us deliver tailored design work efficiently.

3. Subscription Model & Cancellations

• Subscription renews monthly at $1,299 until canceled.
• You can cancel or resume anytime from your client dashboard.
• No refunds are issued for partial months.

Paused Weeks Policy: If you cancel mid-month, unused time (e.g. 2 weeks) remains available as a “credit” for up to one year. When you resubscribe, those unused weeks are automatically applied. This credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation.

4. Turnaround & Scope

Design requests are processed one at a time unless otherwise specified. Turnaround depends on request complexity. We aim for rapid, high-quality delivery but timelines are estimates.
